Description of the concern
Clear photos of the product
Photo of the product tag (if available)
A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until all contents are clearly shown. This helps verify the condition of the shipment upon delivery. Claims relating to missing items, incorrect products, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, or transit damage may not be fully assessed without this evidence.

Time Limit

Requests should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Review Process

Each request is individually reviewed by our support team. Reviews generally take 3–7 business days, depending on the information provided.

Promotional & Discounted Products

Products purchased as part of a sale, clearance, bundle offer, or promotional campaign are generally treated as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as personal preference, size selection, or color preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will review the request in accordance with this policy.

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, Raj Clothing may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
